Buy a new video card. At least Radeon 5670/6570 or GTX 450...
also i would recommend you to change your processor on at least AMD Phenom II X2

Your computer only has a 250 Watt Power Supply, you need at least a 400 Watt Power Supply to run a decent video card.

So your computer has motherboard integrated graphics only, meaning the graphics chip is resting on the actual motherboard with a heat sink above it (these are fine for office programmes, the web etc but really fall when it comes to any form of 3d rendering)
From the model number of your pc i cannot see the motherboard, so i cannot make a judgement on what graphics cards you will be able to upgrade to.
generally graphics cards use PCIe X16 slots, which you can easily find on the web, with this you can then determine what slots your motherboard has and decide on a graphics card accordingly.
But then you need to consider whether your power supply unit is capable of handling such hardware
and if your pc case actually has enough space to house a card, but that depends on what card you buy in the end.

The GeForce 6150 SE you have now is an integrated card, meaning it's attached to the computer's motherboard. Therefore, you can upgrade by adding a dedicated card. Since I don't know how old your computer is, it may or may not have a PCI express port for new cards; if not, you may need an older card that's compatible. You can find out by either bringing your computer into a store that does repairs or removing the screws and the back plate of the computer and looking for slot labels (be sure to take static electricity precautions if you do so yourself.) From there, you can buy a new card, sold by most tech stores (I.e. Best Buy.) The new card can be installed easily by popping it into its slot, then closing up the computer casing. Again, this process can be done by the store, as it's very commonplace. Then you just need to install new drivers, either from an included CD or online, and you're good to go. (I would just look up "graphics card replacement" on YouTube to get a better idea of the process if you choose to DIY.)
