please help me... I Have a problem with my direct3d acceleration.. can someone help me?

i'm installing a mmorpg game on my laptop yesterday and when i try to play the game it says:

"No hardware-accelerated Direct3D devices were found.

switching to the reference rasterizer, a software that implements the Direct3D feature set, but runs very slow"
