Wireless and Electronics things!! I am new for these things and trying to install it ...how can I? what things should I have knowledge

You want to install TinyOS on *only* an FPGA?  TinyOS is designed to run on a microcontroller platform, usually as part of a wireless sensor network, like the Telos or Mica platforms.  It's not meant to be installed directly to an FPGA.

If you're still set on this crazy idea, there's apparently a research paper on the topic.  You'll need a subscription to IEEE Xplore to use the link I have.
