What can I use as a source of accurate reference 1 second signal or
stable frequency source for my digital clock?

Use maxim's DS34Khz they are very stable clock sources.

TCXO's are the best source of stable clock frequency.

It should be DS32Khz not 34.

The actual frequency is 32.768 Khz

32,768 Hz thats the standard frequency.
