go for the led (#2) because lcd tvs are lit by fluorescent lights while led lcd tvs are lit by leds which have a much longer life.

Viore 24" Class LCD 1080p 60Hz HDTV is best because of 1920 x 1080 resolution, 800:1 contrast ratio, HDMI input, great picture quality, sounds etc.But TV is  not a complete source of entertainment.Google TV device is all in one machine for computer and TV.You should buy Google TV device with TV. Google TV device is a blend of multiple features like you can browse internet on TV.You can enjoy games including sensor based games, videos, music, chatting, instant messaging, android applications such as Pandora,CNBC,netflix etc.You can get pleasure of TV,internet, android apps at the same time with Google TV device.I m using Google TV device manufactured by Ozitechnology.I m contributing a link, check it.

the rca led, because it has more than  1 hdmi so you can use your ps3 and laptop in high def no problem, and dont worry about led/lcd bulbs going out, they both have a life estimate of at least 25 years. the sound on any of those tvs wont be much so i would look into computer speakers or a headset.

After a bit of research it seems like the RCA has better quality TV's based on the fact that I saw more high quality reviews for the RCA TV's on Amazon. But both brands seem to be somewhat low quality compared to many other manufacturers. I also found a question similar to yours, which essentially said don't get either because they are both rather bad.
