Is this graphics card good enough for runescape?

A cheap Acer I am looking at has:
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 with 64MB of dedicated video memory, supporting Microsoft DirectX
My Gateway NV78 currently has:
Mobile Intel(R) 4 series express chipset family
My Gateway cannot play runescape
For the idiots out there... I have windows 7, runescape has the tendency to lag even though it is low quality.

Pretty much any new laptop in the last 7 years can play runescape its very non-demanding...all it needs is java installed... Your gateway must be very very old...like from the 90s if it can't play a browser game.
-----> note to tyeo098...it says that nowhere on their site....and their published requirement is 64-megabyte 3D Graphics card it.... doesn't matter if its dedicated or not the majority of integrated graphics will play it.
