can someone tell me if a antec 300 will be able too hold a gtx 560 and a hr-02 cpu cooler with 1 fan on a Asus M5A78L/USB3 AMD 760G AM3+ Motherboard

can you also tell me if my computer will run cooler with a hr-02 with a fan or a Coolit Systems ECO

yes it is compatible
but a higher processor will give more performance

The system will run fine. But if your going to overclock then you'll need a better fan.

Use Speedfan to keep an eye on your temps. It's a little software that will give you a handy readout of your system
