Is there a logic gate that functions this way?

I am playing Minecraft, and I need a logic gate, where i can use input 1, to turn a circuit on and off, while input 2 can do the same thing. I need this, because I am trying to make a switch track that i can control from both sides, while I'm moving at a somewhat high speed in a mine cart.

So here's what I need: A circut, where Input 1 can be On or Off, and input 2 still has full control of the entire circut, or vice versa. Thanks in advance.
