FINAL SOLUTION AT THE BOTTOM IF YOU NEED IT
You only have 3 cast members (Michelle, Rodrigo and Agnes), and three roles (Paris, Achilles and Helen), BUT even without the missing info the puzzle can be solved. However, you set it up as follows.
Michelle - (Paris, Achilles, Helen, other)- (We,Th,Fr,Sa) - (laryn, dota, no id, stage fright)
Rodrigo-(Paris, Achilles, Helen, other)- (We,Th,Fr,Sa) - (laryn, dota, no id, stage fright)
Agnes -(Paris, Achilles, Helen, other)- (We,Th,Fr,Sa) - (laryn, dota, no id, stage fright)
other -(Paris, Achilles, Helen, other)- (We,Th,Fr,Sa) - (laryn, dota, no id, stage fright)
Now go through the clues and delete options as you determine facts. To show how the logic works I shall call the missing cast member "FRED" and the missing role "HANNIBAL"
Clue 4 Rodrigo is not Saturday.
Clue 5 Agnes not no id, Agnes not Friday or Saturday
Clue 3 Michelle not Saturday - as all have now been eliminated from "saturday" with the exception of Fred. this means FRED is SATURDAY. Michelle is also not portraying Helen

The Achilles actor was absent at least 2 days before dota. Therefore Achilles can only be Wednesday or Thursday. Therefore FRED (Saturday) can't be Achilles.
Also as someone sufferred laryngitis later than Paris was absent. FRED on Saturday can't be PARIS either.
As the dota tornament player was absent 2 days after Achilles, it means that the dota player must have been absent on either Friday or Saturday. Agnes can't be either Friday or Saturday therefore can't be the dota player.

Now then let us ASSUME that agnes suffered from laryngitis. (Don't delete anything just yet until this assumption is proven True or False).
If Agnes is laryngitis this means that Paris was earlier than Agnes. (CLUE 1) That means that Agnes has to be THURSDAY and PARIS Wednesday.
As Achilles also has to be Wednesday or Thursday that makes Achilles Thursday and hence AGNES.
This then from clue 2 means that the dota player is SATURDAY (FRED)
BUT If Agnes is Thursday, then the no ID has to be Saturday (clue 5). As Fred can't be both, this means that the original assumption of Agnes being laryngitis is FALSE. Therefore Agnes is stage fright and NOT laryngitis.
The dota and no ID are both 2 days after people, Achilles and Agnes respectively. Therefore they are Friday and Saturday in some order. This means that laryngitis has to be Wednesday or Thursday. Fred (Saturday) therefore cannot be laryngitis.
We know that Agnes is Wednesday or Thursday and can't be laryngitis as she is already stage fright. Therefore Agnes must be PARIS as Paris is earlier than laryngitis. This also makes Agnes Wednesday
Achilles is now Thursday therefore Clue 2 Saturday (FRED) is therefore the dota player
Clue 3 the actor portraying Helen was not the dota tournament (FRED). Therefore Fred is not HELEN and is HANNIBAL (last option).
This means Michelle is Achilles (last option)
This means Roderigo is HELEN (last option)
As Achilles is Thursday - Michelle is Thursday and therefore Rodrigo is Friday
Clue 5 Agnes (wednesday) 2 days before no id - therefore No ID is FRiday (rodrigo) and laryngitis is therefore MICHELLE
